Contact us to schedule a complimentary Meet & Greet . We’ll learn about your pet’s routine, personality, and care needs. We will address all your questions or concerns and create a personalized care plan before the first visit.

Yes! Every new client recieves a complimentary Meet & Greet before service begin. This visit allows us to get to know you and your pet in a relaxed, comfortable setting.
During the Meet & Greet we will:
Learn about your pet’s routine, personality, preferences, and unique needs.
Review feeding, exercise, and medication instructions.
Discuss home access, security procedures, and emergency contacts.
Answer any questions you may have about our services and policies.
Ensure your pet feels comfortable and begins building a positive relationship with their caregiver.
Our goal is to create a personalized care plan that provides peace of mind, stress free experience for you and your pet.

Paws & Peace Pet Care provides dog walking, puppy visits, senior care plan, medication support, multi pet home experience, vacation care, cat care and small animal care. For vacation packages clients can add on home care services - mail retrieval, watering plants, garbage can pull out and collection, post visit security checks.

Absolutely! We provide thoughtful care for cats and many small pets, including rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish, and other companion animals. Every visit is customized to your pet’s unique needs and routine.

Yes. We provide medication support for pets who require routine medications or supplements. We’ll review your pet’s schedule, preferences, and care instructions during the Meet & Greet to ensure consistent, compassionate care.

Advance notice is always appreciated, particularly vacation care and holiday periods. Whenever possible, we recommend scheduling early to reserve your preferred dates and times. We will accommodate last-minute requests when availability permits.

Absolutely. Life doesn’t always go as planned and we’re happy to accommodate same-day (urgent) visits are reserved for our established pets, last-minute visits may be scheduled whenever our schedule allows. Contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to care for your pet when you need us most.

Yes! Many clients schedule recurring weekly visits or walks. Consistent scheduling helps ensure your preferred time slot remains available and provides your pet(s) with a familiar routine.

Yes! We provide personalized “report cards” with photos and updates about your pets care, activities, behavior, and overall well-being so you can stay connected and informed.

Yes. Paws & Peace Pet Care is bonded and insured for your peace of mind. We are committed to providing dependable, professional care while helping protect both your pets and your home. If you have questions about our coverage we’re happy to discuss it during your complimentary Meet & Greet.

Your pet’s safety comes first. In the event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately, notify your emergency contact, and seek veterinary care if needed. We will provide updates and work closely with you to ensure the best possible care for your pet.

Paws & Peace Pet Care proudly serves South Charlotte, including Ballantyne, Providence, Piper Glen, Arboretum, SouthPark, Blakeney, Rae Farms, Waverly, Stonecrest, Pineville, and Fort Mill. If you’re located in a neighborhood that isn’t listed, please reach out to us to confirm availability in your area.

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Late cancellations may result in your deposit fee being nonrefundable. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to accommodate unexpected circumstances. For vacation packages we require a 3 day notice for cancellations. Holiday reservations are nonrefundable within 7 days of the booking date.
